Rabat: City of lights

Rabat, the political and administrative capital of Morocco, is a city rich in history and culture. Located on the Atlantic coast, it was founded in the 12th century by the Almohads. Rabat is known for its emblematic monuments such as the Tour Hassan, an unfinished minaret that symbolizes the city, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, where King Mohammed V and his sons are laid to rest. The Kasbah des Oudayas, with its Andalusian gardens, offers a glimpse into Rabat's ancient history. The city is also home to the Chellah necropolis, a fascinating archaeological site.
